Recipe's preparation

Mash

1. Peel and cut sweet potato and carrot into small size.

2. Attach butterfly in "Closed lid" . Put in sweet potato, carrot, garlic and milk cook for 25mins/speed 3/100C.

3. Put in butter, salt and black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
