  • 100 grams nuts of your choice, (I used mixed)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1: Add chopped broccoli and cauliflower to Closed lid and chop speed 5/ 5sec (use spatula to aid larger florets down) repeat if required.

    2: weigh in currents, nuts and sour cream then mix sp4 /5sec Counter-clockwise operation.

    And enjoy!!

    note: can change sour cream to natural yoghurt or mayonnaise

    LOVED this.  I only chopped for 2 secs and not 5.  I had the leftovers for lunches and then three nights later made another batch.  It's definitely my go to salad recipe this summer.
