      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Don't throw out your beetroot greens, they are lovely like this and so healthy!
  1. Add all ingredients to bowl except beetroot greens and chop 5 sec sp 5

    Scrape down sides of bowl 

    Sautee for 3 minutes, Varoma sp 1

    Add chopped beetroot greens. Sautee 2 minutes, 100, Counter-clockwise operation sp 1

    Serve immediately.

Tip

Save these leaves from when you've made the Beetroot Salad, simply chop and put in a container. They last a few days in the fridge.
