90 g Butter, home made of course!
3 Medium onions, quartered
2 red or green sweet peppers, seeded and quartered
200 g sweet corn canned or fresh cooked
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

Sweet Pepper ,Onion and Corn

Place all vegies except corn in TM bowl and chop for 3-5 secs on speed 4, Scrape down sides of bowl

Add butter and

Saute for 5 mins on varoma on speed 2 "Counter-clockwise operation"

Add drained corn and mix for 2 mins 100 deg speed 2

Tip

if using fresh corn cobs, strip corn cobs and place raw corn in with other ingredients after initial chop and cook same.
