Recipe's preparation
- Add Tuna, Sweetcorn, Parsley, Garlic, Flour and milk. Mix 15 seconds, speed 4.
- Add egg and cheese. Mix 15 seconds, speed 4
- Heat oil in pan on low -medium heat. Using a tablespoon, add the batter and press down with te back of a spoon to form a fritter. Repeat until pan is full. Cook fritters for approx 4-5 minutes on each side until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
