Recipe's preparation
Insert Olive Oil, Water, Veggie Stock, Carrots, Tomato, and Red Curry Paste into "Closed lid" for 30 minutes / 100C / "Counter-clockwise operation" / Speed "Gentle stir setting"
Let soup cool for 5 minutes before mixing 1 minute / Speed 8.
Serve with Garlic Croutons and a Drizzle of Spicy Olive Oil (Optional)
