Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place parmesan into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 9. Set aside.

  2. Place water, cauliflower and salt into mixing bowl and cook 15 min/100C/speed 1

  3. Add butter or oil and cook for 5min/100C/speed 1

  4. Blend 1min/speed 9, gradually increasing speed from speed 1 to speed9

  5. Serve with reserved parmesan cheese
