      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

OMG this is an amazing cauliflower soup! My new go to. It's so tasty!! I didn't have any stock paste left so used 2 cubes of continental vegetable stock instead. I also used 3 cloves of garlic 😋

The speeds listed confused me, but then I realised that there should be a gap between the numbers as each step in the recipe also has a number. i.e sp52 should be so 5. Step 2. Hope this helps others.

  • I found it rather bland it

    Submitted by Jackie107 on 18. April 2016 - 13:55.

I found it rather bland it needed something else like celery or more salt and pepper. Will use it as a base of cauliflower soup though.
