Cheesy Brocolli Soup - LCHF
- 1 leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 40 grams Butter
- 2 heads of broccoli, Chopped into florets
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste
- 400 gram water
- 100 gram Full Cream Sour Cream
- 100 gram Philly cheese, Cut into cubes
- 200 gram Tasty cheese, Cut into cubes

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Grate tasty cheese on Speed 7 for 5 seconds and set aside.
2. Chop leek and garlic on speed 7 for 5 seconds
3. Scrape sides of bowl
4. Add butter and saute 3 mins, 100 degrees speed 1
5. Add brocolli florets and chop 20 seconds speed 4.5 - use spatula as needed.
6. Add water, stock paste, sour cream and philly cheese. Cook 9 mins 100 degrees speed 2
7. Add the grated cheese and cook a further 2 mins on 100 degrees speed 2
8. Puree for 1 minute starting at speed 5 and gradually increasing to speed 9.
