Tip

Can add some Parmesan Cheese with the Cheddar but be a little salty because of the bacon.

  • Brilliant recipe, I added

    Submitted by sotash on 26. November 2014 - 20:11.

Brilliant recipe, I added celery into the 500gms of cauliflower and replaced sour cream with plain cream.  Also reduced the bacon to 2 rashes, a more subtle flavour, with a couple of garlic cloves and 2 small French shallots!

Loved by toddler, would use perhaps less sour cream. I didn't use bacon and was delicious still tmrc_emoticons.)

Delicious and fussy husband loved it. Probably doesn't need so much sour cream and maybe more cauliflower next time but will definitely make it again.
