If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add parsley and chop 5 seconds/spd 8 MC on.
Scrape down and add chicken and oil. Cook 10 mins/100 deg/spd 1"Counter-clockwise operation" MC on.
Add potato bake, stock paste and water. Cook 20mins/100deg/spd1 MC on.
If you prefer a chunkier soup, your soup is ready to serve. If you prefer a smoother texture, blend 1 min, starting at spd 5, and gradually increasing to spd 9 MC on.

Tip
I hate waste, so I wanted to find a creative way of using up my leftover potato bake, instead of eating it every night for the next week.
The potato bake I used contained cream, grated cheese, onion, garlic, salami, mushrooms and shallots, but you could use any combination of ingredients.
Note: The cheese from the potato may cause a slight film on the bottom of your bowl, but it is easily removed.

Different, but tasty. I dont use any mushrooms or salami in my potato bake, but the taste ws still amazing! Great idea!
