Ingredients

2 litre(s)

Creamy Cauliflower Soup

  • 1 onion, Peeled and quartered
  • 2 Garlic cloves peeled
  • 20 gram Butter
  • 700 grams cauliflower, Broken into florets
  • 250 grams potato, Peeled and diced
  • 1 litre water
  • 3 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
  • chives, to serve
  • salt, to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place onion and garlic in TMX  


    10 seconds Speed 7


     


    Add butter and saute


    2 minutes  100C  Speed 1


     


    Add potato, cauliflower, water and stock powder


    20 minutes 100C  Speed 1


     


    Check that potato is cooked


     


    Blend for 30-60 seconds moving from speed 1- 8


     


    Season to taste


    Garnish with finely sliced Chives
