Creamy Cauliflower Soup
- 1 onion, Peeled and quartered
- 2 Garlic cloves peeled
- 20 gram Butter
- 700 grams cauliflower, Broken into florets
- 250 grams potato, Peeled and diced
- 1 litre water
- 3 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
- chives, to serve
- salt, to taste

Recipe's preparation
Place onion and garlic in TMX
10 seconds Speed 7
Add butter and saute
2 minutes 100C Speed 1
Add potato, cauliflower, water and stock powder
20 minutes 100C Speed 1
Check that potato is cooked
Blend for 30-60 seconds moving from speed 1- 8
Season to taste
Garnish with finely sliced Chives
