      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add garlic & onion to TM bowl. Chop speed 5/ 5 seconds.
    Scrape down sides of bowl.
  2. Add butter & curry power.
    Sautee 3 mins / 120c /speed 1
  3. Add pumpkin & potato.
    Chop 15 seconds / speed 7
    Scrape down sides of bowl
  4. Add water & stock paste.
    Cook 25 mins / 100c /speed 1
  5. Add cream
    Blend speed 8 / 20 seconds
    Add salt & pepper to taste
  6. Serve with a swirl of cream
