  • 30 grams Butter
  • 30 - 40 grams thermomix chicken stock
  • 1 large dried bay leaf
  • 800 grams water

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. Chop leeks Closed lid10 sec/Sp 7

    Cook with butter Closed lid10 mins/Sp 1

    Add chestnuts, water and bay leaf Closed lid20min/100C/Sp1

    Blend Closed lid60sec/Sp 5 then gradually to Sp 9

     

    Serve with cream as desired
