Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 - soak split peas overnight, drain and rinse
    2 - place onions, carrots and tomatos into thermomix bowl Closed lid
    3 - roughly chop 3 secs at sp 5
    4 - place all ingredients (including chopped veg) into large saucepan
    5 - cover with 6 cups cold water, simmer on low heat 2 hours (checking every 15mins to avoid sticking)
