Hearty Italian Fennel and Chicken Soup with White Beans
- 1 fennel, Medium to Large
- 3 cloves garlic clove
- 500 grams skinless chicken thighs, Chopped 3cm
- 2 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
- 740 grams water
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper, ground
- 200ml --- thickened cream
- 400grm cans butter bean, canned, white
- leaves parsley flat leaf, roughly chopped
- 25 grams olive oil

Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Place Garlic and Fennel Bulb (roughly chopped) into Mixing Jug and place Lid with MC on
- Chop 4 seconds speed 4.5
- Scrape down sides of bowl using spatula
- Place MC back on Chop for a further 3 seconds on speed 4.5
- Add around 25 grams of olive oil into Mixing Jug and place lid with MC back onto jug
- Cook 4 minutes on 100, speed 1
- Meanwhile season chicken thighs with salt and pepper to your liking
- Add chopped chicken (3cm peices) vegetable stock paste and water to Mixing bowl and replace lid with MC
- Cook 16 minutes, 100, speed 1
- place the drained and washed beans in your thermo sever or into indivdual bowls if you would prefer
- Add 200 mls of cream to your soup
- Cook for a further 6 minutes on 100, speed 1
- Place soup on top of beans and top with a good handful of roughly chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
