  • 150 grams bacon, diced
  • 550 grams water
  • 2 level teaspoons Vegetable stock paste

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    RECIPE'S PREPARATION
  1. 1) Place onion into bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5 then scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula
    2) Add butter and saute 3 min/120 degrees/speed 1then scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula
    3) Add potato, cauliflower and bacon. Chop 15 sec/speed 7 then scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula
    4) Add water and vegetable stock cook 20 min/100 degrees/speed 1
    5) Blend speed 5-9 increasing speed gradually to 9
    6) Season to taste with salt and pepper serve hot
