Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Place garlic cloves and ginger in mixing bowl and chop 3secs/speed7.
- Add remaining broth ingredients to mixing bowl and bring to the boil 8-10mins/110°/speed1.
- Add frozen dumplings and egg noodles and cook for 4mins/110°/reverse/speed1.
- Add bok choy to bowl and cook 2mins/110°/reverse/speed1.
- Serve soup hot, and top with chilli, spring onion and coriander (optional).

Tip
I used red onion as seen in photo, however spring onion is traditionally used.
