Recipe's preparation
Place garlic and leeks in TM bowl. Chop 3 sec/speed 7.
Add butter and sauté 4 mins/Varoma/speed 1 with MC off.
Add potatoes, stock and water. Cook 20 mins/100*C/speed 1.
Add thyme and pepper. Blend 30 sec/speed 8, gradually increasing speed.
Serve with hot buttered toast and enjoy!

Tip
You can use chicken stock if you prefer. It gives a delicious flavour, too.
You can also serve this soup with a dollop of cream and more cracked pepper.
