- 1 level tablespoons olive oil
- 2 onions, Cut into 1/4
- 1 tbsp Crushed garlic or 1 garlic clove
- 1 level tsp honey
- 1.5 KG Butternut Pumpkin peeled and chopped or Pumpkin of choice
- 1/2 level tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup, Coconut Cream
- 2 Cups of chicken stock Liquid, Or 4 chicken stock cubes

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
*Add to bowl onions and garlic, chop 4 Sec.Sp5 repeat if necessary. Scrape down.
*Add to bowl olive oil, honey and sauté 3mins 90 degrees Sp1 scrape down.
*Add pumpkin (don't worry if the pumpkin is close to the top as it will break down whilst cooking) Add chicken stock attach the lid with MC on and cook for 25mins 100 degrees reverse Sp1
*Once pumpkin is tender blend 1min. Sp2-3
*Add nutmeg, S&P and coconut cream mix 5Sec. Sp2
Ladle into bowls, swirl through extra coconut cream and serve with toasted damper or fresh bread.
This is our family recipe, even pumpkin haters love this soup. 🥰
