Spicy coconut Chicken Soup

Yummy green bit

  • 2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 inch fresh tumeric
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small bunch coriander leaves
  • 2 small chiilies


  • 1 litre filtered water, or fresh bone broth
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Chicken stock concentrate, only if using water
  • 400 g coconut milk
  • 1 fresh lime juiced
  • fish sauce to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Coconut sugar
  • handful green beans
  • handful snow peas sliced
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 300 g Chicken Thigh Diced

Recipe's preparation

  1. add all the yummy ingredients to the tm bowl chop 3sec/sp7

    set half aside 

  2. Soup
  3. add all ingerdients except for beans, snow peas and carrots

    cook 15 min/100/counter-clockwise operation/sp1

    add vegtables and cook for a further 5min/100/counter-clockwise operation/sp1

can add some rice vermicelli noodles for extra bulk
