If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add one clove garlic to bowl and chop for 3sec on speed 6, scrape down sides of bowl. Add 1 large peeled onion cut in half, and 2 peeled carrots cut into to quarters. Chop for 6 second on speed 6, scrape down sides of bowl, add 1 tbs olive oil and saute 2min varoma speed 1. Add sweet potato, leek, cauliflower, celery, zuchinni. Chop for 4 sec on speed 5. Add all seasonings, veggie stock/chicken stock, water. Cook 25 min, 100, speed 2. Blits for 5 sec on speed 5, then up to speed 8 for 5 sec.

I made this last night but there seems to be ingredients missing quantity of Leek, Cauliflower & zuchini would be very handy

this was a bit of a guessing
this was a bit of a guessing game, because the instructions are not very clear. There are no leeks listed in the ingredients so i guessed at 2. There is no zuccini or cauliflower listed either, although they appear in the instructions, so i left them out. It needed a lot more water than 200gm. But once cooked, it's quite tasty!
