Avocado and cream cheese dip

Ingredients

For the dip...

  • 2 Avocados, very ripe (remove skin and stone)
  • 250 g cream cheese, eg, Philly
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 stalks mint, leaves only
  • black pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic and mint into mixing bowl, and chop 3sec/speed 7.  Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients, and mix 20 sec/speed4-5, or until desired consistency is achieved, ensuring all cream cheese is incorporated.

  3. Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.

    Dip was good, I added half a chilli and some chilli sauce instead of mint. the avacado held its green colour.
