Recipe's preparation
Place garlic and mint into mixing bowl, and chop 3sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients, and mix 20 sec/speed4-5, or until desired consistency is achieved, ensuring all cream cheese is incorporated.
Serve with crackers or veggie sticks.
