Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley, fresh
  • 1/2 --- onion
  • 500 grams marinated steak, diced into 2cm cubes
  • 60 grams breadcrumbs (made in Thermomix)
  • 1 --- egg

Recipe's preparation

    breadcrumbs

  1. Make breadcrumbs as per EDC basics, page 14

  2. Add garlic, onion and parsley and chop for 5-10 sec on speed 7

  3. Add meat and mince for 8 sec on speed 7

  4. Add breadcrumbs and egg and stir for 5 sec on speed 6

  5. Form into small balls and place onto a greased baking tray for approx 20 mins or until golden
