If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat Oven 180 fan.
Put a small amount of veg oil in each cup of mini muffin tin.
Put tin in oven to get oil hot for 10-15 mins.
Add 100 g plain flour, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix for 3 seconds, speed 5.
Add 30g milk and Mix for 3 secs speed 5.
Add a further 30g milk and mix for 3 seconds, speed 5.
Scrape down sides.
Add remaining 40g milk.
20 seconds, speed 6.
Add 1 tbsp of mixture to each cup in mini muffin tray.
Put on top shelf of oven.
Cook for 13-15 mins.
