  • 500g bakers flour
  • 1 1/2tsp dried yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2tbs rosemary
  • 110g olive oil
  • 300g warm water

topping

  • 1 red capsicum sliced, fry in olive oil till light brown
  • 2tbs olive oil
  • 1clove garlic
  • 8 Sundried Tomatos
  • 1/2tsp sea salt flakes
  • 1 Sprig rosemary (leaves only)

Recipe's preparation

    dough
  1. put all dry ingrediants including rosemary in bowl mix 5 secs speed 7,

    add all wet ingrediants and mix 5mins on interval speed

     dough is a little sticky but remove and wrap in mat or put in greased bowl and prove for one hour or till doubled in size

     

     

  2. put dough on baking tray lined or grease with olive oil

    spread out dough with hands to fit standard size baking tray

    make dimples in dough with your fingers

    poke sprigs rosemary in dough add capsicum and tomatoes then leave to rise for 20mins

    drizzle with oilive oil and cook in 220 oven for 10mins lower heat to 190 and cook for further 10mins or till golden
