  • Is it meant to say spinach where it says...

Is it meant to say spinach where it says silverbeet? Or is it a silverbeet pie? Both would be good but wondering? Thanks

  • I used the wholemeal pastry

    Submitted by Anna33 on 27. October 2014 - 01:16.

I used the wholemeal pastry recipe for an asparagus and fennel quiche.  It was very moorish and I liked not having to blind bake the shell first. Thank you!

  • I made this but very watery,

Submitted by Jenny Sullivan on 28. August 2014 - 13:20.

I made this but very watery, prehaps I should have dried the spinach after washing it. The eggs didn't seem to cook either not sure what went wrong still a yummy dish though will have to try again. I also did half wholemeal and half plain flour as I wanted the boys to try it. The youngest liked the pastry but not the filling so much might add some different things things next time. Will try this again.

  • Delicious. Accidentally dry

Delicious. Accidentally dry baked base, still stuck to the top well though. Will make again and again - looks impressive. Could add any colourful layers.
