      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Line and grease a 20cm square pan. Preheat oven at 180 degrees.

    Add tasty cheese to bowl, Chop for 10sec, speed 10 (or until grated).

    Add bacon and zucchini. Chop for 3sec, speed 5.

    Scrape down the sides. Add eggs, Ricotta, salt and pepper. Mix for 3sec, speed 4 Counter-clockwise operation.

    Pour into prepared pan, and bake at 180 degrees for 60mins.



    Per serve: Net carbs - 4g, Protein - 20g, Fat 22g, Calories - 290.
