I use a mix of whatever dried fruit I have, raisins are nice and chewy, but this would work well with diced dried apple, sultanas or currants as well.

Delicious! I wanted something quick easy to whip up for the kids and a guest. These are so yummy and kept everyone's tummy's full. Trying my hardest not to eat them all before my husband gets to try one. Thinking i'll even make more tonight. Thank you tmrc_emoticons.).
