- 750 grams plums, Pips removed
- 750 grams sugar
- 110 grams raspberry jam

- Remove pips from plums and weigh into the TM bowl. Chop for 10 secs speed 5.
- Weigh in the sugar, add simmering basket to top and cook for 30 mins at 110 degrees speed 3.
- Add 110g raspberry jam, cook for a further 1 minute at 90 degrees speed 3.
- Place measuring cup in top and mix on speed 8 for 30 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into sterilised jars.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
