Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
I made this to go in squeeze pouches so needed it to be fairly smooth. You could possibly reduce the liquid if you want a chunkier mixture.
Add whatever veggies your Bub is up too! Mine love zucchini and cauliflower in this mix.
As they get older I mix the purée with cooked rice or chopped up potato to make a chunkier meal.
Freezes well.

Good recipe base. I added veggies like pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot and less chicken. Made a lot! Had to add some pear and apple purée for my baby to eat it but I think he's just fussy. He ate the lot then. I may use some of it to make soup or freeze it.
