Before this, I had never made a zucchini slice (although I have eaten my fair share). Perhaps it was all that annoying grating? I have now made this twice and it is fantastic way to both use up any veges you may have in your fridge and to also add veges to my two-year old's diet in a tasty way. She loves it to!

Very nice. Zucchini slice is so much easier to make in the thermomix. My children cleaned their plates which is very unusual! I would probably add a little more salt or perhaps some curry powder for a bit more kick. Thanks for sharing. Cooking 1

  • Loved these slices! Thanks!

Loved these slices! Thanks!  It provided a delicious, nutritious, easy to eat quick meal or snack. Nice cold or hot (though better hot/warm). I ommitted the capsicum as my daughter doesn't like capsicum and used wholemeal self rising flour instead of white. I would put in less oil next time.  I'll definitely make it again soontmrc_emoticons.)
