If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat Oven 180 Degrees
If not doing HCG protocol grease your muffin tray
If on the HCG protocol use a silicon Muffin tray as the muffins will slip out easy
Add Garlic, Onion and Brocolli to the bowl
Chop Speed 5, 3 seconds
Add diced Roma Tomatoes Speed 3, "Counter-clockwise operation" , 6 Seconds
Add mixture to muffin tray roughly 2 Tspn per section
Add whipped egg mixture evenly
Give a slight stir with a fork to ensure egg is stired in
Bake in the oven 30 minutes, 180 Degrees
