Breakfast Protein Muffins HCG Compliant

Ingredients

6 portion(s)

Mixture

  • 1 Whole egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 g Brocolli
  • 2 Small Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Recipe's preparation

    Mixture
  1. Preheat Oven 180 Degrees

    If not doing HCG protocol grease your muffin tray

    If on the HCG protocol use a silicon Muffin tray as the muffins will slip out easy

  2. Add Garlic, Onion and Brocolli to the bowl

    Chop Speed 5, 3 seconds

     

  3. Add diced Roma Tomatoes Speed 3, Counter-clockwise operation, 6 Seconds

  4. Add mixture to muffin tray roughly 2 Tspn per section

  5. Add whipped egg mixture evenly

  6. Give a slight stir with a fork to ensure egg is stired in

  7. Bake in the oven 30 minutes, 180 Degrees

Tip

You can add Feta or Cottage cheese  when you add the tomatoes

This is 1 serve for someone doing the HCG P2 Protocol for 2 to 3 serves just double the ingredients
