Cheesy Sweet Chilli Scrolls
- 230 grams cheese
- 300 grams flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika
- 250 grams Milk

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Weigh cheese into mixing bowl and grate 5 sec on Speed 8
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, smoked paprika and milk into bowl. Mix for 5 seconds speed 4, then knead for 1 min
- Tip the sticky dough onto lightly floured silicon mat and roll out into rectangle. Spread dough with sweet chilli sauce, a single layer of ham and crumble feta over top.
- Cut scroll dough with dough cutter into 5 cm widths and roll into scrolls.
- Cook at 200 degrees C for 25 mins non fan forced (reduce time if fan forced oven)
