Love this! Is a standard. I sometimes substitute using Kangaroo mince and tastes just as delicious.

  • Yes sorry Marnie! I have

Yes sorry Marnie! I have updated the recipe. Not sure how that got left out. I think it is my poor computer skills! I got this recipe in the UK when I was training to be a nurse 25 years ago! Nothing to do with MKR! This one is much simpler and has far less ingredients!

  • Yes, they had to go out into

Submitted by Ros Teirney on 13. March 2012 - 01:51.

Yes, they had to go out into the streets of Melbourne and sell ready-to-go lunches and spruik them.  The ladies from WA I think were the ones who did the chocolate chili con carne and it was highly praised by Pete and Manu.  Only on a couple of days ago, so I thought you must have been inspired by that.

  • No why? Did they do this

No why? Did they do this dish? How weird. I learnt this one years ago as a student in the UK!
