Recipe's preparation

  1. Add flour, milk, eggs salt and pepper and mix 5 sec/speed 5.
    Add corn kernels drained and creamed corn and 1/4 cup of chopped chives mix 10 sec/speed 4 or until smooth.

Accessories you need



Line a plate with paper towel and set aside. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add 2-3 tablespoons of the oil. Place large spoonfuls of batter into pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Transfer cooked fritters onto lined plate to drain. Repeat with remaining batter. Keep warm in the oven till all cooked then serve with Chutney.
