Crustless bacon and broccoli quiche
- 350 grams of broccoli flowerets
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 2-3 Rashers of Bacon, roughly chopped and rind removed
- 110 grams of grated low fat cheese, - you may wish to grate your own
- 6 eggs
- 120 gram low fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes, more if you wish

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 deg
Add onion, garlic and bacon to bowl and chop 6 seconds, speed 5 - scrape dowm bowl
Add broccoli flowerets, and chop 5 seconds speed 5 - use the spatula through the hole in the lid to help it along if needed
Add cheese, eggs, chilli, milk and blend 20 seconds, speed 3
Pour into a medium baking dish, and cook 180 deg fan forced for approx 30 - 40 mins untill a skewer comes out clean
Serve with a salad of your choice and crunchy bread
To grate your cheese if you wish - add cubes to your bowl and chop 8-10 seconds speed 5 and set aside untill needed
