- 1 egg

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray.
Add cheese to mixing bowl, mix 5 sec/speed 9
add gf flour & baking powder mix 5 sec/speed 6
add egg, milk & salt then mix on dough/10 sec
turn onto lightly floured surface, mould into rectangle and cut into 6. Place onto tray and bake 12-15 mins until cooked.
