Zucchini Dough
- 180 ml Warm Water
- 3 teaspoons dried yeast
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- 485 grams bakers flour
- 1 zucchini, (Large)
- 20 grams Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 220degrees if using.
Add zucchini and parmesan cheese to bowl and blitz 10 seconds speed 8 or until fine add remaing dough ingrediants then 6 seconds, Speed 6. Knead dough setting for 5 minutes. Cover in oiled bowl or thermomat for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Roll dough on floured surface or thermomat into 30cm x 50cm rectangle. Spread dough with pest, sprinkle with cheese and ham.
Starting at one long side, roll dough tightly. Cut roll into 12 slices. Place slices on oven tray and leave for 40 minutes until doubled in size (or cook straight away).
Bake scrolls about 20 minutes or until browned lightly or Cook in Airfryer at 180degrees for 12 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool.
