  1. Pre heat oven to 200 Deg.

Chop onion, carrot, zucchini and parsley for 4 seconds, Speed 7, set aside.

Place chicken in the bowl and turbo 8 times.  Add Breadcrumbs and one egg for 10 seconds, Speed 5 to mix.

Great recipe.  I added some salt and pepper & tomato sauce.  Was told by the whole family that they were the best sausage rolls they have ever had.  They loved them and I have fussy eaters.

  • These turned out bit rubbery

Submitted by Nikki Williams on 15. June 2015 - 11:40.

These turned out bit rubbery and lacked flavour, might have been better with some added curry powder and salt maybe. My son only ate them when drowned in sauce and my daughter refused them all together, bit of a miss for us sadly.

    A delicious recipy, thanks.

I made my own puff pastry according to EDC book as I did not have ready made pastry. The filling was much more than I needed for the amount of  pastry I made.

The cooked filling is very handy to have ready for sandwich fillings, pasta dishes or wraps.
