  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 --- Zucchini (large), Roughly chopped
  • 1 --- carrot, Roughly chopped
  • 125 g Tinned Corn Kernals
  • 1 --- onion, Chopped in half
  • 100 g Bacon Bits
  • 150 g Wholemeal SR Flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g grated cheese

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180c 

    lightly grease muffin tins 

    chop onion zucchini and carrot 3 sec/speed 7

    scape down sides

    add 20g oil sauté 2min/veroma/speed 1

    add remaining ingredients and mix 15 sec/ speed 5

    divide mixture into already greased muffin tins 

    bake in the oven for 20/30 min or until muffins are golden and an inserted skewer comes out clean 

     

    great at served warm or cold
