  • 430 g SR flour
  • 200 g Yogurt
  • 120 g Whey (or water)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Mill cheese and garlic. Speed 8, 5 seconds


    2. Add herbs. Chop Speed 5, 3 seconds


    3. Add remaining ingredients. Mix Speed 6, 10 seconds


    4. Dough mode for 1 minute


    5. Press dough to 2cm flat, cut out using scone cutter


    6. Bake in 200degree oven 15min or till golden brown
