Recipe's preparation

    Leek quiche
  1. (Make shortcrust pastry from EDC). First grate the cheese and set aside. Saute thinly sliced leek and spring onions in butter for 5 minutes 100 deg reverse speed 1. 

    Roll out shortcrust pastry (from EDC) and line a pie or flan dish. Pour leek mixture over the pastry. Sprinkle the cheese over. Mix eggs cream and salt/pepper to taste, 20 secs speed 4 then pour over the cheese and leeks. Bake 180 deg for 30 minutes.
