If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Pre heat fan forced oven to 160 degrees celcius
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Roughly chop almonds and pistachios 10 Seconds / Speed 7
Remove from bowl and set aside
Without washing mixing bowl add butter, honey sugar and vanilla bean paste and cook 6 mins / 100 degrees / Speed 2
Add chopped nuts with oats, coconut flaxseeds and sesame seeds, and mix 15 seconds / Speed 2
Press into baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown ontop.
