50g Almonds

  • 50 grams almonds
  • 10 grams pistachios
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 90 grams honey
  • 80 grams brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Bean Paste

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Nut and Oat Bars
  1. Pre heat fan forced oven to 160 degrees celcius

  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper

  3. Roughly chop almonds and pistachios 10 Seconds / Speed 7

    Remove from bowl and set aside

  4. Without washing mixing bowl add butter, honey sugar and vanilla bean paste and cook 6 mins / 100 degrees / Speed 2

  5. Add chopped nuts with oats, coconut flaxseeds and sesame seeds, and mix 15 seconds / Speed 2

  6. Press into baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown ontop.
