      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
  2. 2. Blend ingredients for 20 - 30 seconds on speed 8 until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour batter on to a square cake tin lined with baking paper and cook at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes and slightly golden.
  4. 4. Garnish with sea salt and fresh rosemary

Can use dried rosemary instead of fresh.
