Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Grease a ceramic lasagne dish & preheat oven to 180 deg (fan forced).
Cube cheddar cheese, place in the TM bowl and grate on 5 secs / speed 6. Set aside.
Place zucchini, sweet potato, onion and bacon/ham in the TM bowl and chop on speed 5 for 8-10 seconds. Set aside with cheese.
Add coconut flour, oil, eggs and salt/pepper to the TM bowl and mix on speed 4 for 20 seconds.
Return cheese, zucchini, sweet potato, onion and bacon/ham to the TM bowl and combine all ingredients on speed 4 for 40-50 seconds on reverse.
Pour mixture into the prepared dish and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until browned.
Serve warm (or cold!) with salad or on its own for afternoon or morning tea!

Yummmmm. Really loved this. Used coconut oil instead of olive oil and had no sweet potato so used butternut squash instead
I love this and so does my
I love this and so does my toddler. It's not really Paleo as uses cheese but a good alternative to regular zucchini slice. I only use 3 eggs and cook for 1 hour or until starting to go brown on top. Such a good snack to have in the fridge.
