Pie Maker Gluten Free Roast Meat Fritter

  • 150 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g Leftover roast meats, Ham, turkey, corn beef, beef,lamb
  • 250 g Gluten Free SR Flour
  • 1.5 tbsp Veg Stock Paste (EDC), Or chicken
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder, Or add garlic cloves to taste with onion

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add cubed Parmesan Cheese to Closed lid and grate 10sec sp10.

    Set aside in large bowl.
  2. Add onion in quarters and cold meat to Closed lid and chop 7sec sp4.

    Add to bowl with cheese.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to Closed lid and mix 20 sec sp3.
  4. Add reserved ingredients to Closed lid and make mix 30sec sp3Counter-clockwise operation.
  5. Cook in batches in pie maker - brush with olive oil for initial batch, I used a sunbeam pie maker.

    Note do not make to thick otherwise it is difficult to cook through.
