      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 170. Line 2 large trays with baking paper.

  2.  Add pumpkin, eggs, greated cheese, salt and paprika to Closed lid. Mix 20 seconds/speed 6. The mixture becomes quite thick, may need to scrape bowl and process for a further 5 seconds/speed 6.

  3. Add to Closed lid plain flour and baking powder. 20 seconds/ Counter-clockwise operation/ speed 10. May need to repeat this step.

    Spoon onto lined trays.

  4. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip

The mixture really does become quite thick, so that varies the mixing time.

Great for using left over roast pumpkin. I made pumpkin soup and used the left over for this recipe.
