If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Pre-heat oven to 220C.
2. Sautè cubed pumpkin with olive oil, 5 min/Varoma/speed 1.
3. Allow bowl to cool for a while. Then add zucchini and grate 5 sec/speed 6.
4. Add cheese, salt, butter, eggs and mix 5 sec/speed 3.Mix in flour 5 sec/speed 4.5. Pour mix into mini muffin tins. Bake for 10-15 mins, or until slightly browned.
