      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 1/2 english spinach and half shallots into mixing bowl no steams.

    Chop for 5 secs on speed 5 check consistency repeat for 3 secs if needed.

    Remove from bowl and add to seperate bowl.

    Repeat the process with the other half of spinach then add to seperate bowl.

    Crumble Fetta into bowel with spincach.

    Add eggs and oil into mixing bowl and blend for 5 secs speed 5.

    mix ingredients together until combined.

    Prepare baking tray with filo pastry see additional tips for assembling.

    Add ingredients to dish then top with remaining filo oiling inbetween every second sheet.

    Bake for 20-25 mintues until pastry has goldened cover.

Tip

When laying the filo pastry only 2 sheets then oil top sheet then add another 2 sheets and oil top sheet for half the filo pastry. Then again on the top to cover filing.
